Who we are

Pixel sells Pixel Pro interactive smartboards, education apps, movable stands, sliding whiteboards and accessories across Iraq. Our office is in Baharka, Erbil. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect when you order

Your full name, phone number, governorate and delivery address, any notes you add, the products you order and their prices, the order number and date, and the language you used on the site. If you came to the site from one of our ads or links, we also note which one (for example the campaign name), so we know which ads work.

Why we use it

To confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, deliver it and collect cash on delivery; to give you warranty and after-sales service; and to understand which of our ads and pages help people find us. We do not sell your information.

What stays in your browser

Your basket and the details you are typing at checkout are kept in your own browser until you order, so nothing is lost if you leave the page. A small cookie remembers your language. If you arrived from one of our ads, the browser keeps that for 30 days and sends it with your order. Clearing your browser data removes all of this.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and may use Meta tools, the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. These tools tell Meta which pages and products you view, what you add to your basket and when you order. For orders, your phone number and governorate are sent in a scrambled (hashed) form. Meta uses this under its own data policy, and you can manage the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who handles your information

Our team, who prepare and deliver your order. The delivery company receives your name, phone number and address to bring it to you. Companies that run our website, database, photo storage and email keep it for us and only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep orders for as long as we need them for delivery, warranty, after-sales service and our accounts. You can ask us to delete your details earlier, unless we must keep them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp and we will answer as soon as we can.

Children

Our store is for schools, teachers and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
